From 6–8 June 2025, Mintology proudly took part in the Singapore Sustainability Festival (in support of Go Green SG, a government-backed initiative) , held at City Square Mall—a hub of green initiatives, climate advocacy, and cross-generational community engagement. In collaboration with the Asia Blockchain Association (ABA), Sustainability Alliance, and City Developments Limited (CDL), Mintology led a key on-ground activation: the Eco Trail Treasure Hunt, powered by our frictionless, gasless NFT technology.
Gamifying ESG Participation Through NFTs
Mintology’s “Eco Trail” transformed educational sustainability features around the mall into a digital adventure. Participants of all ages—from excited kids to engaged elderly visitors—were invited to scan QR codes located at various “Green Stops” to mint story-driven NFTs. Each NFT represented a unique sustainability message or eco-action, accessible to anyone with just an email (no crypto wallet required).
The experience demonstrated how Web3 technology, when designed for mass adoption, can be both environmentally responsible and deeply engaging. By collecting NFTs tied to real-world learning moments, participants explored climate issues, green practices, and eco-conscious design—all while participating in a digital scavenger hunt.

Official Launch & Industry Recognition
The event was officially launched by Ms. Goh Han Yan, Senior Parliamentary Secretary from the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, at the opening ceremony on the festival’s main stage. The ceremony was co-hosted by CDL’s Chia Ngiang Hong (Group General Manager), Esther An (Chief Sustainability Officer), and Wendy Yew, a founding member of ABA.
Mintology was proudly featured alongside our partner ABA during the opening, with our logo displayed prominently during the ceremony—a strong signal of institutional recognition and growing support for blockchain innovation in ESG efforts.
